My name is BOGART

Here’s our new little pal, Bogart, who is 3-4 months old. Bogart came out of nowhere and ran right in front of a car. Thanks to the driver, Bogart is still alive and being cared for in a warm home for now. This foster cannot afford to keep him so we are looking for an IMMEDIATE FOSTER or FOREVER home for this sweet little boy.

He is a very pleasant and cuddley boy and he gets along with other animals. This doggie angel has taken very good care of him- they are potty training him now and are also crate training him. Looks like he will be ready for his new home in no time – all new and shiny and well behaved… well, for a puppy, anyway!

As we all know – puppies need lots and lots of love, patience and attention. So, if you’re ready and willing to add a new addition to your family – Bogart is ready to come and live with you! Call us to make an appointment to visit with him.

My name is CHARLIE

Please meet little Charlie! Charlie was found running around loose in rural North Carolina by a bike rider. He was emaciated and very thirsty. The bike rider had no idea when the last time Charlie (as he named him) ate or found water to drink. Charlie was very lucky because the bike rider picked him up and rode him home on his bike for 6 miles.

He then fed him and gave him plenty of water and took him to the vet, got all his shots, had him neutered and he was tested and found to be HW negative. This is all good news; however, the good Samaritan cannot keep Charlie, so we have taken Charlie into our fold and are asking for a Foster for our sweet Charlie until we can find him a forever home. So, whenever you get down and out and think the world is going to pot – remember this bike rider who did all this for one skinny little Charlie of a dog – “just because.” Will you be the one to step up and help us out with a FOSTER or FOREVER home for our cute little Charlie? Fostering can be a very rewarding experience.

My name is HUGO

What a doll baby he is! Hugo is a true sweetheart. He is very loyal to his family and listens well. He gets along with dogs, cats and children. Hugo just loves to be loved. He listens very well and needs someone that is able to spend time with him.

He is non-aggressive, loves people and walks very well on a leash. Hugo will be the perfect addition to your family. Hugo is living with a C4C foster mom and she is totally enjoying his laid-back personality. Mastiffs are a great addition to a family who loves large breeds and is willing to learn how to handle this breed. They are gentle and will do almost anything you want of them – they just love to please. Hugo would love nothing more than his very own Forever home. He is six months old so now is the time to adopt him and train him for your special companion. If you love a large dog – you’ll love Hugo!

Please meet our new, adorable batch of puppies. They are just about six weeks old. Their mother is a pit bull terrier; however, we have no idea what the father is. But, then, it’s always fun to watch a puppy grow into it’s own presence. We have five little pups as you can see in Picture #1.

Wow, taking pictures of puppies is a hard job, but we did it!. There are 3 male puppies and two female puppies, so you really have your choice if you get them while they’re hot. One male is tan and the other two are black. One female is black and one is tan. They are all being vetted at the present time. We will give you updates along the way. Sometimes, they all go right away and we don’t even get to the updates.

If you are ready and willing to welcome a new puppy into your life, that you can train your way and make him the happiest in the world – here’s one or two, for you – ready for you to visit. Just call and set up a visit. The pups will be around 2-3 months old when they are ready for adoption and they will come with spay/neuter vouchers.

*Please click on the above picture to view Boomer on Petfinder*

My name is BOOMER

This is a courtesy post… This poor pup was found in Stonemont Subdivision of Lilburn, Ga.

THIS IS ONE HANDSOME BOY!! Boomer, as his “gentleman savior” calls him, just showed up one day and wandered around his neighborhood, spending his nights on various neighbor’s back porches. He would not let anyone come near him until he noticed our gentleman’s female yellow lab, whom he seemed to fall for and followed them on their walk home. He was able to put a collar on him, so we know Boomer was familiar with a collar and he walked very nicely on the leash in his past.

Since Boomer’s fosterr already has a “special needs” dog and has been, as so many others, unemployed for quite some time, he cannot afford to keep this beautiful boy. The very interesting part of Boomer’s story is that all of the neighbors have rallied around to assist Boomer’s rescuer in feeding him. What a neighborhood! But, of course, we all know that Boomer needs his very own loving family and not one that will throw him away again like perhaps the last family he had.

This boy is a very sweet, playful, family dog. According to his foster, he has two speeds – full speed ahead and stop! He’s very energetic (he assumes his age to be between 8-11 mos.) and would love to have a family or person who would walk, jog, run and play with him. Of course, being a puppy, he will need potty training with lots of love and patience. As this doggy savior said, “So for me, the writing is on the wall and Boomer needs to go to someone who’ll love him for who he is.”

Please give this handsome and energetic boy a Forever home of his very own! His foster and the neighbors cannot afford to keep him any more and do not want to see him in a shelter environment. Call Karen today 678-275-4055. Boomer would love to meet you.

*Please click on the above picture to view Foxy on Petfinder*

My name is FOXY

Foxy is our latest intake that came from a frantic phone call by an apartment manager who found her in a vacant apartment, all alone and abandoned. The people had moved and left little Foxy behind. I guess they assumed the apartment complex would want this beauty. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way.

So, we now have sweet little Foxy. She is very scared and growls- but with our work and patience she will be ready to find her forever home in a week or so. We get many dogs that are scared because their little hearts know that they’ve been left behind – what we call “throwaways”.

Foxy weighs about 30 lbs. and is a real beauty. She looks like a fox- hence the name. These pictures do not do her justice- they were taken in the car, the night we picked her up. She is now getting along with the other dogs and starting to come around to be the fine young lady she was meant to be. We are ready to turn Foxy over to her new home. Please consider her for your next furry companion!

*Please click on the above picture to view Lacy on Petfinder*

My name is LACY

Please meet Lacy, who has won our “cutest of the cutest” pit mix award. As you can see, Lacy is a laid-back kinda girl who just loves her duckie toy and blankies. She is a real sweetheart of a brindle beauty. Lacy was found in Eastman, Georgia by one of our angels. However, since they already have a full house, they would just love Lacy to find either a Foster home or a Forever home – whichever comes first!

Lacy has been being kept in a kennel by her temporary fosters for quite some time now and they desperately need a foster to come forward and help them out. They do not want to take her to a shelter because we all know what happens there. Lacy gets along with cats and other dogs, very well. Her “doggie angel” has said that if you want a cuddly, follow you around and be your buddy type of furry; Lacy fits the bill!

Please give us a call and make an appointment to meet Lacy. Remember – Foster or Forever – what’s your choice? Lacy deserves a better life than she had wandering around the streets. Lacy is waiting for your call- Please don’t disappoint her.

*Please click on the above picture to view Tweenie on Petfinder*

My name is TWEENIE

Please meet our little pin-up girl, Tweenie. She is just adorable. She is approximately 1.5 yrs. old and is just under 15 lbs.

She is fortunate in that she has found a nice foster home to keep her until “YOU” come and meet her and give her that forever home that she is dreaming of . Tweenie is an extremely loving little girl who just loves to cuddle, cuddle, cuddle! Tweenie does well on a “potty” schedule and she will let you know when someone comes onto your property. Otherwise, she is not what we consider a “barker”.

Tweenie’s foster said that she loves her family and likes to meet new people, but she can be a bit shy until she gets to know you. Her foster feels that a home without tiny children would be best for her; but she does love older children that don’t tease her.

Anyone out there that wants a little girl who loves everyone – Tweenie is waiting just for YOU! Will you be the lucky one??

*Please click on the above picture to view Kirby on Petfinder*

My name is KIRBY

Please meet our new guy, Kirby, a one year old male Lab pup. He is intelligent and extremely playful! And talk about affectionate – he’s the best at that! Kirby has had some obedience training and he understands sit, stay and a few other useful commands and he is progressing extremely well with his training. Kirby is housebroken, so, no accidents for him and no cleaning up for you!!

Kirby loves other animals – well, dogs and cats, that we know of. He loves to play with them; however, he is so full of energy that some times he may get a bit over excited while playing. Also, due to his enthusiasm, a high fenced in area will be needed because  he can, and has,  jumped right over those little things we refer to as fences. Kirby loves children and adults and just thinks that everyone loves him back and wants to play and receive his big fat kinda slobbery kisses. Those big, fat, sloppy kisses from our favorite friend are the best.

Kirby says “come on over and meet me – you’ll fall in love – I just know it.”

“I CAN’T WAIT TO MEET YOU!

Our adoption fees range from $150. to $300. The fee includes the dog’s first booster, spay/neuter, deworming, and rabies vaccination. And, if you are not ready to adopt, we are always looking for new fosters!
